SURUHANJAYA Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) Labuan menghantar laporan berhubung dakwaan konspirasi dalam proses tender Pelabuhan Labuan kepada ibu pejabatnya untuk tindakan lanjut, lapor FMT . Pengarahnya, Mohd Yusizzudin Mohd Yusof berkata laporan itu dihantar tidak lama selepas pengendali pelabuhan, Labuan Liberty Port Management Sdn Bhd (LLPM) membuat laporan pada 17 Disember lalu mengenai dakwaan konspirasi dalam proses tender. “Oleh kerana ia melibatkan isu besar, kita perlu mendapatkan nasihat dan arahan lanjut dari ibu pejabat kami,” katanya kepada Bernama hari ini. Pengurus Besar LLPM, Abd Ghani Paijan berkata, pihaknya merasakan proses tender itu mungkin dilaksanakan secara tidak telus, jadi mereka mahu mendapatkan bantuan SPRM untuk membetulkannya. Mohamed Apandi Ali, Pengerusi Lembaga Disiplin UMNO KEPIMPINAN UMNO baru-baru ini terpalit dengan dakwaan campur tangan dalam prosiding lembaga disiplin parti itu terhadap Ahli Parlimen Sembrong Hishammuddin Hussein.
