Deep disappointment with poor and suspicious performance of Anwar & Madani makes Zaid Ibrahim to switch support to PAS
Some people couldn't believe what Malaysian former law minister Datuk Zaid Ibrahim has been saying about PAS, lately.
It appears that he has changed his mind completely, 180 degree. From criticizing and underestimating PAS as a narrow-minded organization to looking at the Pan+Islamic party as the best choice for the country's future.
Even though Permadu Malaysia is shocked and surprised with liberal-thinking Zaid Ibrahim's sudden and latest statements for two consecutive days about PAS, we believe there is one reason why Zaid did so.
He is deeply disappointed with the poor and suspicious performance of the seen as corrupt unity Madani government under the leadership of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
We believe this is the single reason Zaid Ibrahim decided to switch his support to PAS dramatically.
Zaid is not alone. He's representing majority of Malays in the country.
It's not that PAS is too good, but unfortunately, no other available political parties currently can do better.
Four previous prime ministers; Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Abdul Razak (BN), Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad (Pakatan Harapan 1.0), Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin (Bersatu & Co) and Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob (UMNO Team B & Co) have proven that they were incapable and failed.
It looks like Anwar is joining the club.
So, what choice do Malays have other than supporting PAS?
