Media reported today that Pakatan Harapan chairman Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has congratulated Barisan Nasional on its victory in the Negeri Sembilan state election and receiving the people’s mandate to form the next state government. FMT said Anwar thanked the Negeri Sembilan public for placing their trust in PH and its state leader, Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun, who served as Menteri Besar for eight years. “Throughout that period, PH left behind a legacy of excellent administration based on good governance, stability and development that benefited the people,” he said. “I hope it will continue to be strengthened for the progress of Negeri Sembilan.” He also expressed his appreciation to all voters who took part in the state election, describing their participation as an important part of the democratic process.
