How Borhan Successfully Appointed As CEO


Crazy news but that's the way aha aha


The CEO of a major corporation gathered all his employees for a company-wide meeting. Borhan was among them. The CEO stepped up to the mic and announced:

"I’ve decided to step down, and the process for choosing my successor will be a bit unusual. Today, I’m going to give each of you a single seed. We will meet back here in exactly one year. There is only one critical thing to remember: you must bring back the plant that grows from your seed. I will evaluate each plant and decide who will become the next CEO of this company."

Like everyone else, Borhan received his seed. He went home, told his wife the crazy news, and together they planted it. Every single morning, the moment Borhan woke up, he check on his pot. He watered it, used the best potting soil and fertilizer, and even talked to it. But nothing happened.

Not a single sprout or green leaf broke through the dirt. Months flew by, and by month seven, Borhan had completely lost hope. When the official evaluation day finally arrived, he didn't even want to go into work.

"I can't just walk into the corporate office carrying an empty pot," he told his wife.

But Borhan went anyway, and when he walked in, he was completely stunned. All his colleagues had brought in gorgeous, blooming plants. They looked at his empty pot with pitiful, sympathetic smiles. Borhan wished the floor would just open up and swallow him whole.

The CEO walked around the room, carefully inspecting every single plant. Finally, he looked across the room and said, "Deddy M Borhan, please step forward and explain what happened." Borhan turned bright red with embarrassment, stepped up, and confessed that despite his best efforts, his seed never grew.

The CEO smiled and turned to the crowd. "Fantastic. Borhan, I am officially appointing you as the new CEO!"

The room went dead silent. The CEO continued, "One year ago, I handed all of you boiled, dead seeds. Every single one of you went out, bought a replacement plant, and lied to me. Borhan is the only honest man in this room who had the courage to bring back an empty pot. He proved that he possesses the integrity required for this executive position. Never forget: whatever you sow today will be the exact foundation of your life tomorrow."

What Mahathir expected did not happen Initially, Mahathir Mohamad thought his party – PPBM (Bersatu) – could  morph  into a new version of UMNO. Dua tokoh parti politik yang sukar dipisahkan dari imej rasuah , semakin panas bertelagah Rentak Madani 🎵 Akhbar Sinar Harian melaporkan semalam bahawa Ketua Pemuda UMNO, Datuk Dr Muhamad Akmal Saleh mencabar Ahli Majlis Kerja Tertinggi (MKT) UMNO,  Datuk Lokman Noor Adam  supaya berdepan dengannya sama ada di mahkamah ataupun di gelanggang, berikutan tuduhan kononnya beliau mempunyai agenda tersembunyi untuk menaikkan  Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein  sebagai Perdana Menteri. OVERCONCENTRATION OF A MALAY POPULATION MAKES SHAH ALAM A GHOST CITY, SAYS ANALYST

Shah Alam City YESTERDAY, FMT reported that the capital city of Selangor had become very quiet, slow and almost no business, many buildings unoccupied, which one of them only utilised by less than ten staff of a company. Some factories closed down, businesses from petty traders to big timers closed shops for the past six months and so on. Even foreign business people from Indonesia and Pakistan decided to go back to their respective countries or moved to other places. Bersama expected to win half of PKR, DAP and Amanah's existing parliamentary and state seats in Johor

Analysts say Johor state elections will be PH Vs BN — but they overlook Bersama PAS and Bersatu are expected to face a rough ride in the upcoming Johor state election, as both parties look set to go their own way while their potential allies appear lacklustre. Though both parties have announced efforts to form new political configurations amid Perikatan Nasional’s ongoing crisis, news portal FMT spoke to Dr Mazlan Ali of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and he said these new alliances would not be earth-shattering in Johor. Dalam satu perkembangan yang agak memeranjatkan, teraju utama Parti Bersama Malaysia (Bersama) Datuk Seri Rafizi Ramli mengesahkan Encik Syukri Razab ( gambar , atas sekali ) adalah presiden parti itu dan namanya berdaftar dengan Pendaftar Pertubuhan (RoS - Registrar of Society) Malaysia. Beliau merupakan bekas pegawai khas kepada Rafizi Ramli. Selepas pengambilalihan parti tersebut, Rafizi dan Encik Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad mengambil alih peranan sebagai peneraju utama parti, namun Syukri Razab kekal memegang jawatan Presiden Parti Bersama. Will Bersama "bersama-sama" Bersatu?

What I think about Rafizi’s new Party, BERSAMA By the way, that was me signing my application to join PPBM or Bersatu back in 2016. I was excited to welcome a new party that can reset Malaysia after Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Abdul Razak’s 1MDB. I was probably as excited as some of you planning to join Datuk Seri Mohd Rafizi Ramli’s Bersama political party. My PPBM membership was 000068. Talk about being one of the first. Najib lost PRU14 in 2018 bringing the collapse of UMNO dominance since Merdeka.  Najib said UMNO would be dominant for 1000 years but in reality UMNO lasted just 61 years. Hubris was Najib’s downfall.  Tun M was at the helm and I was excited, finally we would see progress. I was wrong. Pengelola Bijaya Diraja Sultan Pahang Mejar Jeneral Datuk Mohamed Zahari Yahya menerusi pengisytiharan memaklumkan gelaran berkenaan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Januari 2026.
