Che GuBard accuses Anthony Loke involved in funding illegal entity in Negeri Sembilan—caused serious state royal crisis

Anthony Loke Must Be Investigated for Funding an Illegal Entity - "Majlis Dato Lembaga Adat Sungei Ujong", says CheGu Bard

Malaysian controversial political figure Encik Badrul Hisham bin Shaharin (picture, top) said the allegations of the YTM Undang Luak Sungei Ujong which were published on the "Luak Sungei Ujong" page on 21 April 2026 revealed that Seremban Member of Parliament, Encik Anthony Loke Siew Fook and several government agencies had channelled hundreds of thousands of ringgit to an illegal entity called "Majlis Dato Lembaga Adat Sungei Ujong" in Negeri Sembilan.

Better known as Che GuBard, he added, the Secretary of the Council of Justice and Law, Raja Norazli Raja Nordin, confirmed that the Majlis Dato Lembaga Adat Sungei Ujong entity is not recognized via a letter dated 22 April 2025, with reference number SUDKU/ULSG.UJONG/500-10-1/1(15).

"Anthony Loke should be investigated as to why he handed over such a large sum of money to an entity not certified by the Negeri Sembilan State Government without conducting prior research and due diligence," Che GuBard said.

"Where did the source of funds obtained by Anthony Loke come from in channeling such large allocations to the illegal entity 'Majlis Dato Lembaga Adat Sungei Ujong'? Did it come from government funds, which are taxpayers' money? If it is government funds, Anthony Loke should be taken action against for wasting public money. 

"Or did it come from Anthony Loke's personal money? If it came from Anthony Loke's personal funds, it raises questions as to why he is willing to spend hundreds of thousands of ringgit to finance a supposedly customary organization. All these matters need to be investigated by the responsible parties," emphasized the former PKR member-turned-Bersatu, and now seen as a strong supporter of former Bersatu "Reset" team led by Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainuddin.

Che GuBard further highlighted, the two main characters, namely Encik Zainol Ariffin Bin Ibrahim, who is the Chairman, and Encik Wan Khairil bin Mohd Yusof, who is the Deputy Chairman of this illegal entity 'Majlis Dato Lembaga Adat Sungei Ujong', have also been confirmed to be dismissed as Dato' Andulika Mandulika and Dato' Johan Tua Tahu within Luak Sungei Ujong. 

Their dismissal was confirmed by the Secretary of the DKU in a letter dated 2 December 2024, reference number SUDKU/ULSG.UJONG/500-10-1/1(7) and letter reference number SUDKU/ULSG.UJONG/500-10-1/1(8), he said.

Che GuBard asked: "Did Anthony Loke deliberately fund this illegal entity that has finally destroyed the Royal Institution of Negeri Sembilan today?"

He claimed the cause of the turmoil in Negeri Sembilan today stems from this illegal entity, especially these two individuals who have obtained funds from Anthony Loke who then tried to overthrow YTM Dato Klana Petra Sungei Ujong Datuk Mubarak bin Dohak.

"The authorities need to investigate this matter and why Anthony Loke deliberately gave such a large contribution to the illegal entity. What is Anthony Loke's real motive?

"The authorities need to immediately investigate Anthony Loke and all the agencies involved who have channeled huge funds to this illegal entity "Majlis Dato Lembaga Adat Sungei Ujong".

"Any legitimate organization in Negeri Sembilan knows that it is very rare for them to obtain such a large allocation from any government entity," he said.

According to Che GuBard, if it is true that Anthony Loke, who is the Member of Parliament for Seremban and also the Minister of Transport of Malaysia, either intentionally or unintentionally channeled funds to this illegal entity that has triggered a serious crisis in Negeri Sembilan today, he must be held accountable and charged to stand trial.

"However, Anthony Loke feels safe because UMNO has become "Umdap" (UMNO-DAP), and Loke has even become UMNO's spokesperson to the point where he is the one who announced that UMNO president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi rejected Encik Jalaluddin Alias' actions (to withdraw support to state unity government) and Zahid just nodded," he said.
