Without mentioning PN, Anwar congratulates BN

Media reported today that Pakatan Harapan chairman Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has congratulated Barisan Nasional on its victory in the Negeri Sembilan state election and receiving the people’s mandate to form the next state government.

FMT said Anwar thanked the Negeri Sembilan public for placing their trust in PH and its state leader, Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun, who served as Menteri Besar for eight years.

“Throughout that period, PH left behind a legacy of excellent administration based on good governance, stability and development that benefited the people,” he said. “I hope it will continue to be strengthened for the progress of Negeri Sembilan.”

He also expressed his appreciation to all voters who took part in the state election, describing their participation as an important part of the democratic process.

Anwar, who is also the Prime Minister, said that the federal government would continue to support and cooperate with the new Negeri Sembilan government to ensure the well-being and prosperity of the state and its people.

The informal alliance of BN and the PAS-led Perikatan Nasional claimed victory in today’s state election, securing a two-thirds majority to end PH’s hold on the state government after two terms. 

The BN-PN victory is the first for the alliance after they reached an understanding not to contest against each other.

UMNO secretary-general Datuk Seri Dr Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki said the alliance had won 25 seats in the 36-member state assembly, with BN winning 18 seats, while PN secured seven. PH is believed to have secured 11 seats.

OVERCONCENTRATION OF A MALAY POPULATION MAKES SHAH ALAM A GHOST CITY, SAYS ANALYST

Shah Alam City YESTERDAY, FMT reported that the capital city of Selangor had become very quiet, slow and almost no business, many buildings unoccupied, which one of them only utilised by less than ten staff of a company. Azam Baki Berpotensi Menjadi Salah Satu Punca Kejatuhan Anwar

Seorang penulis politik yang merupakan penyokong tegar bekas perdana menteri Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Abdul Razak dan Barisan Nasional, semalam mendakwa pihak kerajaan Madani pimpinan Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim telah menganugerahkan beberapa kontrak bernilai RM178 juta kepada adik bekas Ketua Pesuruhjaya SPRM Tan Sri Azam Baki dua bulan lalu, iaitu pada Mei 2026. Dalam satu perkembangan yang agak memeranjatkan, teraju utama Parti Bersama Malaysia (Bersama) Datuk Seri Rafizi Ramli mengesahkan Encik Syukri Razab ( gambar , atas sekali ) adalah presiden parti itu dan namanya berdaftar dengan Pendaftar Pertubuhan (RoS - Registrar of Society) Malaysia. Beliau merupakan bekas pegawai khas kepada Rafizi Ramli. Selepas pengambilalihan parti tersebut, Rafizi dan Encik Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad mengambil alih peranan sebagai peneraju utama parti, namun Syukri Razab kekal memegang jawatan Presiden Parti Bersama.
