Face Political Enemies More Wisely Without Needing To Openly Insult Or Curse Them

POLITIK KELAS KAMBING

Politik Kelas Kambing (Goat-Class Politics) is truly unique—Enemies can become friends according to appetite, lust, and the exchange for power

In one kingdom, people believed so strongly in fate that they had an unusual custom. Before a prisoner sentenced to death was executed, they were given one final chance.

Inside a small bag were supposed to be two slips of paper: one marked “Life” and the other “Death.”

If the prisoner drew “Life,” they were pardoned. If they drew “Death,” the sentence was carried out immediately. The idea was that even the judges should leave one final decision to fate.

One day, a successful businessman became the target of jealous rivals. His company had begun to prosper, and the more successful he became, the more resentment grew around him.

Eventually, his enemies spread false accusations, arranged for his arrest, and manipulated the system until he was sentenced to death.

But they knew about the final drawing.

So they secretly removed the slip marked “Life” and replaced it with another slip marked “Death.”

Now there were two identical slips in the bag.

No matter which one the prisoner chose, he was supposed to lose.

Fortunately, the man had loyal friends. They discovered what had happened, managed to reach him in prison, and warned him.

“There are two ‘Death’ slips in the bag,” they whispered. “You have to tell the judges. Demand that they inspect it before the drawing.”

To their surprise, the prisoner smiled.

“Don’t tell anyone,” he said. “This may actually save me.”

His friends thought fear had finally overwhelmed him, but he insisted they remain silent.

The next morning, the prisoner was brought before the court.

He reached into the bag, chose one slip of paper—and before anyone could read it, he immediately put it into his mouth and swallowed it.

The courtroom erupted in confusion.

“How are we supposed to know what you drew?” the judges demanded.

The man calmly replied, “There is an easy way. Look at the slip that remains in the bag. Whatever it says, I must have drawn the opposite.”

The judges opened the bag. The remaining slip said: “Death.”

By the rules of the kingdom, there was only one possible conclusion: the prisoner must have drawn “Life.”

He was released.

His enemies had tried to create a situation with no escape, but their own scheme gave him the very opportunity he needed to survive.

Sometimes the most difficult situations cannot be solved by fighting harder. They require you to see the problem from an angle no one else has considered.

And sometimes the trap someone builds for you becomes the very thing that opens the door.

Remember this: opposition often appears when you are moving, growing, creating, or accomplishing something others notice. You cannot always prevent resentment, criticism, or people who want to see you fail.

But you can choose what you do with it.

Stay calm. Think differently. And never assume that a situation is hopeless simply because everyone else says there is no way out.
