UMNO Supreme Council member Lokman Noor Adam issued an ultimatum to Attorney-General Tommy Thomas yesterday, Tuesday 3 September 2019, demanding the government charge the two men caught on video with unnatural sex or be taken to court for failure to prosecute, reported Malay Mail.

Lokman insisted he has irrefutable proof

Lokman, who was called to Bukit Aman for questioning on the sex allegations insisted that he has irrefutable proof for action to be taken against Economic Affairs Minister Mohamed Azmin Ali and former Santubong PKR Youth chief Haziq Abdullah Abdul Aziz - said to be the two men in the sex video.

"With the evidence we obtained from the UK-based firm, I hope the police can submit the investigation paper to AG to charge Azmin and Haziq," the politician told reporters before entering the federal police headquarters in Kuala Lumpur.

Analysis detected no digital tampering

He said the video analysis was undertaken by UK-based Verden Forensics, which did not detect any dìgital tamperìng with the raw footage of the clips that had been circulating on the ìnternet these past few months.

According to Lokman, the forensic report confirmed similarities between the person portrayed in the video and pìctures of Azmin supplied for analysis.

Azmin's hairline, sideburn, chin and left brow matched the photo

"Azmin's hairline and his sideburn, his chin and left brow in the video matched the photo we provided to the forensic team," he said.

Bukit Aman Criminal Investigations Department Director Commissioner Huzir Mohamed confirmed on the day before yesterday, Monday 2 September 2019 that local authorities have received an analysis report of video that the UMNO leader commissioned from a British firm.

Forensics team extracted video clips from Pornhub

He pointed out that his team previously tried to send copies of the video to the British firm through email unsuccessfully.

"So the forensics team extracted them (the video clips) from Pornhub instead," he added referring to the pornographic video-sharing site.

Lokman emerged an hour later around 12.40pm, saying he was appeased by the way the police handled the matter.

Lokman satisfied the police investigation team acts objectively

"I am satisfied that the police are able to act objectively and hopefully the AG will be able to prosecute the culprits, both actors and those involved in the spreading of the video.

"I told them (investigators) it was my friend, Raja Petra Kamaruddin, who suggested the firm," he said.

Lokman accused IGP of lying

Lokman had previously accused Inspector-General of Police Abdul Hamid Bador of lying about the status of investigations into the case.

An opinion on social media

Abdul Hamid said the video was verified as genuine but cybersecurity experts evaluating the clip could not conclusively identify the people in it, leading to Lokman's offending remark.

Lokman previously told IGP to resign

Lokman maintained his allegation and additionally accused the IGP of protecting "criminals", before telling Abdul Hamid to resign as he was unfit to lead the polìce.

Pahang DAP exco man awarded RM1.2mil damages over libel

Lawyer Encik Ng Yih Miin (left) said the court found that Pahang executive councillor Encik Sim Chon Siang (right) had not misused funds related to Malaysians trafficked to Cambodia and Myanmar, as alleged. Pahang executive councillor Encik Sim Chon Siang has won a defamation suit against social media influencer Encik Tony Looi, with the High Court in Kuala Lumpur awarding Sim a total of RM1.2 million in damages. As reported by FMT , lawyer Encik Ng Yih Miin said the court ordered general and aggravated damages against Looi, the defendant, on 9 April 2026. “The defendant is to pay RM800,000 in general damages and RM400,000 in aggravated damages, together with interest at 5% per annum from the date of judgment until full settlement, as well as RM10,000 in costs,” Ng said at a press conference yesterday. What I think about Rafizi’s new Party, BERSAMA By the way, that was me signing my application to join PPBM or Bersatu back in 2016. I was excited to welcome a new party that can reset Malaysia after Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Abdul Razak’s 1MDB. I was probably as excited as some of you planning to join Datuk Seri Mohd Rafizi Ramli’s Bersama political party. My PPBM membership was 000068. Talk about being one of the first. Najib lost PRU14 in 2018 bringing the collapse of UMNO dominance since Merdeka.  Najib said UMNO would be dominant for 1000 years but in reality UMNO lasted just 61 years. Hubris was Najib’s downfall.  Tun M was at the helm and I was excited, finally we would see progress. I was wrong.
