Who Cares, We Do

WHO IS CIVILISED?

1. For the first time in the history of humankind we hear of a threat to destroy completely a three-thousand-year civilisation.

2. The threat is made by a modern civilisation that is hardly 300 years old. If anything, it reveals the quality of the people who made the threat.

3. They are the truly uncivilised. In human civilisation there has always been a culture that respects the old civilisation. What is old should be preserved. Destruction of the relics reveals the poor quality of the civilisation. To propose to destroy completely a 3000 years old civilisation displays the poor civilisation of the people making the proposal.

4. Clearly the threat by Trump to destroy totally a very old civilisation exposes the level of civilisation of the people making the threat.

5. They are in fact the truly uncivilised people.

MAHATHIR MAY REJOIN UMNO

What Mahathir expected did not happen Initially, Mahathir Mohamad thought his party – PPBM (Bersatu) – could  morph  into a new version of UMNO. After all, it was him who brilliantly destroyed the original UMNO in 1988 and created “UMNO Baru” (the current UMNO version 2.0). But unlike in 1988, Mr. Mahathir had quit UMNO to form PPBM on 8 September 2016, and was no longer in charge of UMNO. UMNO won four times higher than Bersatu in GE14 Hence, after he leveraged on opposition Pakatan Harapan and stunningly defeated the scandal-plagued Najib government, his first priority was  recruiting  UMNO MPs to join his party. UMNO, although lost miserably, still won 54 parliamentary seats in the May 2018 General Election – more than 4 times the number of seats Mahathir’s party managed to capture. Dua tokoh parti politik yang sukar dipisahkan dari imej rasuah , semakin panas bertelagah Rentak Madani 🎵 Akhbar Sinar Harian melaporkan semalam bahawa Ketua Pemuda UMNO, Datuk Dr Muhamad Akmal Saleh mencabar Ahli Majlis Kerja Tertinggi (MKT) UMNO,  Datuk Lokman Noor Adam  supaya berdepan dengannya sama ada di mahkamah ataupun di gelanggang, berikutan tuduhan kononnya beliau mempunyai agenda tersembunyi untuk menaikkan  Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein  sebagai Perdana Menteri. Amaran itu dibuat selepas Lokman secara terbuka menggelar beliau sebagai ‘Ketua Pemuda H20’ dalam satu wawancara bersama sebuah platform baru-baru ini. OVERCONCENTRATION OF A MALAY POPULATION MAKES SHAH ALAM A GHOST CITY, SAYS ANALYST

Shah Alam City YESTERDAY, FMT reported that the capital city of Selangor had become very quiet, slow and almost no business, many buildings unoccupied, which one of them only utilised by less than ten staff of a company. Some factories closed down, businesses from petty traders to big timers closed shops for the past six months and so on. Even foreign business people from Indonesia and Pakistan decided to go back to their respective countries or moved to other places. A prominent business analyst, in his blog wrote that one of the reasons for the downfall of Shah Alam was the government's policy in overconcentrating a Malay population in the said city. Ramai sangat yang bercakap bagi pihak Sultan Pahang. Entah ya entah tidak. Biar Sultan Pahang sendiri yang bertitah memperjelas perkara sebenar. Mencampur aduk politik dan sistem perundangan sangat merbahaya dan boleh menghancurkan negara selain menghakis keyakinan rakyat terhadap pemerintah. Malangnya, inilah yang telah, sedang dan dijangka akan terus berlaku.
