Agong terpilih antara 5 lelaki paling segak di dunia dalam satu majlis antarabangsa

HAPPY BIRTHDAY AGONG

King Abdullah of Malaysia

Sebuah agensi berita berpengaruh di dunia, khususnya di kalangan masyarakat Arab di Timur Tengah memilih Al Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al Mustafa Billah Shah Ibni Almarhum Paduka Ayahanda Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al Musta'in Billah sebagai antara 5 lelaki berpakaian paling terbaik ketika menghadiri majlis perkahwinan berprestij putera sulung Raja Jordan, pewaris raja negara kaya-raya itu yang diadakan pada 1 Jun baru-baru ini.

Esquire Middle East membuat penilaian dan pemilihan teliti itu bersempena majlis perkahwinan gilang-gemilang antara Putera Mahkota Al Hussein bin Abdullah II dan Rajwa Al Saif, seorang arkitek anak perempuan bongsu seorang billionaire Arab Saudi.

Daripada lima lelaki terpilih paling segak, Yang di-Pertuan Agong Malaysia ke-16 itu menduduki tempat ketiga.

Tempat pertama dimenangi oleh pengantin lelaki sendiri!

Kita ikuti adaptasi petikan laporan dari agensi berita berkenaan bertarikh 2 Jun 2023:

Was this our version of the Met Gala? The Jordan Royal Wedding is still the talk of the world, after the Royal Hashemite Family opened the doors of Zahran Palace on June 1st to witness the matrimonial union of HRH Crown Prince Hussein and Saudi architect Rajwa Al Saif.

The intimate gathering of 140 esteemed guests was a sight to behold for obvious reasons; radiating breathtaking beauty in every detail. Adorned in their finest attire, the esteemed attendees came together to honor the newlyweds, creating an unforgettable evening of celebration and elegance.

Here at Esquire though, we had our eyes glued to the sharp and elegant suits that would make even Don Draper do a double-take and head nod. Here are five of the finest looks we saw at the affair.

Channeling “capable Connor Roy”, this ensemble was clearly tailored around the Crown Prince and comes together perfectly to embody what you’d imagine when thinking “classic”.

4. Prince Hashem bin Abdullah

Seen escorting his new Sister in Law down the aisle in a suit fit only for a Prince, this eighteen year old Royal was trending on twitter for this Disney-esque look.

3. King Abdullah of Malaysia

There’s not much we can say about this ensemble except that it is the quintessential look that all men hope to one day own, and more importantly pull-off. It’s imposing, and dignified all at the same time; something that has only been seen in the best of Scorsese’s work.

2. Prince Daniel, Duke of Västergötland

Prince Daniel exuded timeless elegance in this impeccably tailored double-breasted number. It’s “giving” Bond, as the kids say.

1. HRH Crown Prince AlHussein bin Abdullah II

Perfectly fitted head-to-toe in traditional Jordanian army regalia, the Second Lieutenant in the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army made sure to present this look as far more than just a uniform.
