Okay—I follow your rules and regulations
I DON'T BREAK YOUR POLICY
An elderly lady walked into the bank and handed her card to the teller.
“I’d like to withdraw 10 ringgit,” she said politely.
The teller frowned. “For amounts less than Ringgit Malaysia 100, please use the ATM.”
The old lady raised an eyebrow. “And why is that?”
“Those are the rules,” the teller snapped, pushing the card back. “If you don’t have other business, please step aside. There are customers waiting.”
The lady stayed quiet for a moment, then calmly slid her card back across the counter.
“In that case,” she said, “I’d like to withdraw all my money.”
The teller smirked—until she checked the account. Her eyes widened. “Ma’am, you have more than RM300,000 in your account! Unfortunately, we don’t keep that much cash on hand. You’ll need to make an appointment for tomorrow.”
The old lady leaned forward. “Fine. How much can I withdraw right now?”
“Up to RM3,000,” the teller replied respectfully.
“Perfect. I’ll take RM3,000.”
The teller quickly counted out the bills with a smile, sliding them across.
The lady tucked RM10 into her purse… then pushed RM2,990 back.
“Please deposit this again,” she said sweetly.
😂 Moral of the story: Never mess with old people. They’ve had a lifetime to master the art of winning!
