Lim Kit Siang, PH veteran leader ...a reputable future prime minister |
DR MAHATHIR MOHAMAD looks very powerful at present. Nobody seems to confront him when he said manifesto is not a Bible.
Mahathir, a powerful PM
No serious challenge from PH senior leaders when he said Umno-turned-Bersatu Beluran MP Ronald Kiandee should remain his chairmanship in Public Accounts Committee (PAC).

Mahathir, a powerful PM
No serious challenge from PH senior leaders when he said Umno-turned-Bersatu Beluran MP Ronald Kiandee should remain his chairmanship in Public Accounts Committee (PAC).
No senior leaders in Pakatan Harapan (PH) openly opposed him for the third national car expensive project.
Other issues including Umno MPs jump ship to Bersatu and Daim Zainuddin's role that makes him more powerful than ministers.
Other issues including Umno MPs jump ship to Bersatu and Daim Zainuddin's role that makes him more powerful than ministers.
It appears that Dr Mahathir is free to do anything he likes. He cannot be a dictator in PH government. But now, he looks like one. What makes him so powerful?
When Attorney-General (AG) Tommy Thomas said the Indonesian girl was dropped from murder charge of North Korean president's elder brother in klia2, Sepang, Malaysia due to request from the Indonesian government, Dr Mahathir responded he wasn't aware of such arrangement without telling whether or not, he agreed to it. The way he reacted, he was agreeable to it as he did not signal any objection.
Is this what had been pledged by PH government team to restore the rules of law? Are we not ignoring the law just because we felt obligated to fulfill the request from President Jokowi? Was there any hidden agenda?
No doubt AG has his discretion to withdraw any charge(s) against any accused. Nevertheless, the AG must also be seen transparent, reasonable, fair, just, professional and clear in performing his duties.

Indonesian girl, Vietnamese girl
At the same time, another 30-year-old girl from Vietnam was not treated the same as the Indonesian girl by AG although both of them were earlier charged together. The same or about the same request was also made by the Vietnamese government to drop the charge(s) against the girl.
Most of the ordinary people who followed the case are extremely confused with its development. So far, no further explanation given by the AGC of the different treatment between the Indonesian and Vietnamese.
When AGC and the prosecution department announced the decision that they were not to proceed with the prosecution against Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng's alleged corruption of the "bungalow case", Dr Mahathir reacted naturally that he was shocked by the decision. As expected, he didn't show any objection. Probably, that was separation of powers.
Malaysia Today's
Raja Petra Kamaruddin
When prominent blogger Raja Petra Kamaruddin (RPK) exposed the contents of alleged leaked report by MACC on corruption practice in the Penang tunnel project with serious allegations against Lim Guan Eng, Dr Mahathir told reporters that RPK was a liar.
MACC doesn't update to the public the status of this reported case until to-date. Telling reporters that RPK was a liar is not good enough. No facts and no figures.
Azmin Ali is not the right choice
Analysts speculate Azmin Ali is Dr Mahathir's choice to succeed him. Not Anwar Ibrahim. The analysts may have forgotten that it is not Dr Mahathir to choose. It's PH's presidential council to determine.
Dr Mahathir is no longer Umno president who traditionally dominated Barisan Nasional and decided the appointment of prime minister prior to Yang di-Pertuan Agong's consent before 9 May 2018.
Nobody can topple Dr M
The reality in Malaysia political games, nobody can topple Dr Mahathir except Dr Mahathir himself.
Azmin Ali has no chance at all to replace Dr Mahathir as prime minister. He doesn't have the support from PH presidential council. His presence as Economic Affairs Minister in the federal government is only to divide the PKR influences in the PH coalition.
Dr Mahathir is super-genius politician. He will do different thing with a hint but will come out with different result. No prominent analysts can predict accurately what is in Dr Mahathir's mind.
PKR no longer dominating PH
PKR with highest number of seats among PH component parties in parliament is now divided into two. PKR is no longer dominating PH in the coalition.
DAP doesn't dominate PH too
DAP may be seen as the controlling party in PH. But that is not the reality after taking into consideration of the number of Malays and other Bumiputras in the parliament regardless of which party they represent, including the opposition parties.
DAP doesn't have sufficient numbers to control the government. Moreover, Malays and other Bumiputras represent more than 60 percent of Malaysian citizens.
Mahathir, the magician
That is Dr Mahathir Mohamad - the megastar - brilliant tactician, strategist - super-politician, grand designer and maybe a magician as well.
Najib is still a free man
Former prime minister Mohd Najib Abdul Razak is still a free man after ten months the new government ruling Malaysia. Not surprising, he is more popular than the current prime minister now! Najib occupies his time wisely as a prisoner-in-waiting.
Najib's lawyers are cleverer
than Tommy Thomas
The public perception is that Shafie Abdullah and other lawyers in Najib Razak's legal team are cleverer than AG Tommy Thomas.
Dr Mahathir Mohamad is expected to hold his premiership as 7th Malaysian prime minister for maximum of two-and-a-half years from 10 May 2018 if his health condition allows him to do so.
Dr M will resign on his own accord
He will resign on his own accord without pressured by anyone else at the appropriate time. The more anyone pressures him to go, the higher the possibility that he will never go.
Therefore, a proposal or suggestion by certain individuals, especially those from Bersatu requesting Dr Mahathir to lead the country for one term until the 15th general election is not more than a personal attempt to win Dr Mahathir's heart.
The next question is who will succeed Dr Mahathir? The three suitable candidates among PH leaders are Anwar Ibrahim, Muhyiddin Yassin and Lim Kit Siang.
Lim Kit Siang, the most suitable PM
after Dr Mahathir
Permadu Malaysia picks Lim Kit Siang as the most suitable candidate among the three. Malays and many related NGOs may be sceptical and worried of a non-Muslim Malay, especially if the personality is from DAP, becoming a prime minister.
DAP all this while has been branded by certain pro-Malay organizations (be it political or non-political) as anti-Islam, kafir harbi (which means the blood is halal if you kill them) and anti-Malays.
It is sad to note that the perception on DAP (which has been continuously influenced by certain parties) is clearly baseless and not supported by facts and figures.
A government led by Lim Kit Siang will comply with the Constitution, the perpetuality of the Malaysian parliamentary-monarchy system, Islam as the federal religion as well as the position of Malays and other Bumiputras in the country.
While other religions and races are fairly protected, with the healthy environment of competitiveness, Malay-Muslims and other Bumiputras are expected to enjoy a brighter future.
Lim Kit Siang is a leader with high dignity. With more than 50 years experience serving the country in the opposition, as well as an elderly leader with reputable image, Kit Siang cannot and will not betray the importance of the majority-Malay-Muslims and other Bumiputras as his political survival depends very much on the support of the majority.
The new hope
To Lim Kit Siang, Permadu Malaysia wishes you all the best. Be prepared to carry out your duties and responsibilities. You are the new hope of all Malaysians.

Haaahahaaa..hebat laah statement you nih! LKS as PM?....hebat lah anak melayu yg bernama fauzi kadir ni. Hebat betul. Without fear, or favour..but LKS , from you. 🤔
game of waiting...u wait...I wait...we will see wat happens in the hereafter...
ReplyDeleteWhy not? Malaysians have been doing the same political stunts - UMNO rule for 60 years whilst other neighbouring countries leap- frogged over us in economic prosperity.. It is moronic to expect a different result if you do the same thing over and over again... Vision 20/20 is before us... THIS was Mahathirs vision and it failed to materialise Every Malaysian must take the New Year step to put nation above politics.. above race and parties... Like Andrew Yang said its not left or right but forward... It is time the people decide to make politics and the economy to work for us and our children instead of allowing again the few elites to hijack everything and deprive us and our children a place under the Malaysian sun... Considering a non Malay PM may be threatening to some but the situation in our nation has reached a dire straits situation if we all are to save and preserve our land or we may sink into an abyss of a dark tomorrow made more sinister by people who place self interest above national interest.
ReplyDeleteWho and what is PERMADU?? you talk nonsense lah LKS for PM?? All hell will break loose, maybe at most a 30 days PM, so stop writing nonsense, write logically please. Let's work harder for DSAI to be the 8th PM as soon as possible to save our beloved nation.
